The official website for 815 Fifth Avenue recently received an update that revealed several stunning new renderings of the building.

The development is one of the few condo buildings located along Manhattan’s famed Fifth Avenue “Gold Coast” — an area that stretches from 59th Street to 96th Street on Fifth Avenue along Central Park.

Developed by JHSF Participacoes SA and designed by international luxury interior architect Thierry W Despont, 815 Fifth Avenue houses a total of seven full-floor duplex units — each with a view of Central Park. Despont is the architect behind the redevelopment of the Woolworth Building.

The newly released renderings give us a closer look at the building’s sleek and slim exterior and covered entryway, as well as one of its eye-popping Central Park views.

The development’s offering plan was accepted in December for a staggering $151,250,000 — translating to an average of $21.6 million per unit.

815 Fifth Avenue is currently in registration and sales are expected to launch later this year.
