The residences are shown to be spacious with open floor-plans. The dining room has seating for six and opens into a large living room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Bathrooms feature deep soaking tubs and dual-sink countertops.

One of the building’s high-end amenities, a 75-foot-long indoor lap pool, gets the spotlight in another of the newly released renderings. The poolside area’s warm, earthy tones and serene wood paneling create a spa-like ambiance.

Also revealed on the teaser site is 108 Leonard Street’s landscaped rooftop lounge which provides panoramic views of the surrounding neighborhood. The rooftop renderings also detail fully covered cabanas and open seating on split levels, fire pits and a reflecting pool.
