Coming soon to the corner of Spadina Avenue and Bremner Boulevard, Concord Canada House is set to transform the downtown intersection with its two 68- and 79-storey glass towers. After 20 years of development, the exciting new project by Vancouver-based Concord Adex is the flagship final residence of the 50-acre master-planned Concord CityPlace community.
The exterior of Concord Canada House was designed by the award-winning Page + Steele IBI Group Architects and boasts two modern glass towers rising from a shared 10-storey podium. The sleek and modern towers feature a unique lighting element with programmed LED strips that gradually light up to form an elegant maple leaf shape.
When complete, the buildings will house up to 1,364 units with spacious, open concept layouts ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedrooms plus den. To learn more about Concord Canada House, BuzzBuzzNews recently visited the presentation centre at 23 Spadina Avenue to tour the newly opened model suite.
Designed by award winning interior design studio LIV Interiors, the model suite is based on the two-bedroom Floor Plan 11 with approximately 880 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. As a corner unit, Floor Plan 11 features bright, floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, complete with roller shades to ensure plenty of natural light. Using elegant furniture, white and gold-themed decor accents, layers of texture and unique built-in elements, the design team has created a stunning model suite to help inspire homeowners to visualize their own space.
The home opens to a bright foyer with a closet, three-piece bath, washer and dryer closet and sweeping views of the rest of the suite. Moving into the kitchen, prospective homebuyers will notice the custom cabinetry with soft-close hardware by Blum®, open under-cabinet lighting, porcelain Calacatta tile backsplash and engineered quartz countertops.
A full appliance package is also included consisting of a Miele refrigerator with integrated panel, hood fan, dishwasher, electric cooktop, convection oven and a Panasonic microwave with a stainless steel trim kit.

Overlooking the kitchen is a generously-sized living room where a dramatic accent wall frames the wall-mounted television with patterned wood-grain accents. Two bedrooms take up the rear portion of the home including the master bedroom with a luxurious ensuite equipped with quartz countertops, a Kohler under-mount sink with Grohe faucet, dual-flush toilet with soft-close seat, recessed lighting and porcelain Calacatta wall tile and tub/shower surround.
While the beautifully appointed interiors are sure to impress, the pièce de résistance is the expansive balcony area. The outdoor space was designed to be an extension of the living room with balcony lights, woodgrain soffit ceilings, composite wood decking and alfresco sliding glass doors with extra-wide openings as per plan. Plus, they can be enjoyed all year round since they’re equipped with radiant ceiling heaters.
