A massive Medina mansion built for a local entrepreneur recently set a record in Seattle, selling for $24.8 million in only 30 days. That is the highest price ever paid for a listing on the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, reports the Puget Sound Business Journal.

The fancy estate known as “Southampton” was built in 2015. In addition to the 7,700-square-foot main house, there’s a 1,220-square-foot pool house with a nautical-themed living area. A tour of the mansion would reveal five bedrooms and nine baths on the inside and amazing landscaping with manicured lawns on the outside.

Amenities include a displayed wine cellar, screened-in porch, conservatory/sunroom, theater, swimming pool, sauna, sports court, greenhouse, paneled billiards room, outdoor fire pit, 80 feet of waterfront with a dock and boat lifts, home office and even a bocce ball court.

Sprawling across two acres on Lake Washington and featuring a view of Mount Rainier, the home is built in the style of the luxury homes located in Southampton, New York.

The master bedroom comes with its own laundry room, a private balcony, and a bridge leading to the pool house.

The structures were designed by Stuart Silk Architects and built by Toth Construction.
