JASSA is a limited-edition collection inspired by Indonesian and Southeast Asian design — think curvy rattan furniture, patterned textiles and hand-painted ceramics. All of the items crafted from natural fibers have been handmade, meaning no two pieces are the same. Mixing and matching prints is encouraged, and there are plenty of throw pillows, floor cushions and swaths of pre-cut fabric to make it all possible.

Maybe you’re more of a traditionalist than a bohemian — that’s okay, too. IKEA’s STOCKHOLM 2017 collection caters to lovers of Scandinavian modernity, and the pieces were designed to blend with what you already have. Careful attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship were imperative to this year’s collection. Dark blue fabrics contrast against light woods, such as rattan and ash. Pops of red, orange and grey round out the invigorating color palette. While the STOCKHOLM collection has been around since the 80s, this year’s edition promises sustainable and durable materials that maintain a sense of visual lightness.
