After a successful 2016, developer City Ventures has released the fifth and final phase of townhomes at the Mission Trails Collection in Santee. Just eight residences in this innovative new community remain, and they aren’t expected to last long.
For many buyers, the appeal of the Mission Trails Collection stems from its strong environmental focus. The community is unique in that it’s one of just two new developments in Santee, and is the county’s only set of new eco-friendly, solar-powered townhomes. Each of its 60 homes will come with plenty of other “green” amenities as well, including Nest thermostats, high-performance, energy-efficient appliances and high-efficiency lighting.
Aside from being eco-friendly, homes at the Mission Trails Collection will be striking, with Spanish-inspired exteriors and plenty of space inside. Floor plans with up to three bedrooms and three bathrooms will be available, and all will have nine-foot ceilings throughout, two-tone paint and tiled flooring in entryways, kitchens, bathrooms and laundry rooms. Inviting kitchens will include GE stainless steel appliances, while sleek bathrooms will have designer Kohler faucets, wood-frame mirrors and frameless, recessed medicine cabinets.
The Mission Trails Collection sales office is open daily from 10am to 5pm at 8746 Bushy Hill Drive in Santee, and City Ventures is encouraging interested house hunters to stop by for a visit. With only eight homes remaining, it won’t be long before opportunities to own in the community run out.
