Combining aviation and wine isn’t normally advised, but this estate on the market for $33.15 million does just that with gusto. Like something out of an F. Scott Fitzgerald novel, the St. Helena, California mansion at 2900 Spring Mountain Road is home to a winery and sports its own private helipad.

Sitting on over 40 acres of land and surrounded by mountains, the home is perfect for those averse to neighbors. It’s also perfect for those with an eye for business. The winery on the estate is currently profitable and ready to go — the team at Juslyn Vineyards says its fields produce 90 percent cabernet sauvignon with a smattering of merlot, cabernet franc and petit verdot. The lucky buyer will also get the property’s current stock of wine, valued at over $7 million.

The Italianate estate is impressive inside as well as outside. Built in 1998, it sprawls across 12,000 square feet and has seven bedrooms and six bathrooms. With French doors, high ceilings, a personal gym and gorgeous woodwork, it’s completely extravagant. And of course, it also comes with a guest house.

Other ostentatious amenities that make the estate worthy of its high price include an 80-foot pool, an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven and Japanese koi ponds. Gaze upon the property via expansive aerial views below:
