Toll Brothers City Living, the urban development division of Toll Brothers Inc, recently saw two of its Manhattan properties — 100 Barrow and 1110 Park Avenue — receive Silver “The Nationals” Awards. Presented by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), The Nationals honor the “best in the building industry” for innovations in new home design, marketing and sales.

1110 Park Ave

The “Best Interior Merchandising of a Model over 5,000 Feet” was awarded to the stunning triplex penthouse unit at 1110 Park Avenue. The boutique condo development is located in the newly landmarked and iconic Carnegie Hill neighborhood in the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Residences feature private keyed elevator entries, fumed oak flooring, 10-foot ceilings and e-suite bathrooms in every bedroom. Juliet-style balconies look out to breathtaking views of Park Avenue. The penthouse unit boasts a private rooftop swimming pool.

100 Barrow

Meanwhile, 100 Barrow was awarded the “Best Presentation Center” Silver Award. 100 Barrow is a new co-op development located in the heart of the West Village’s Landmark District. It stands 12-stories, and houses 33 residences. And with its brick and glass exterior, 100 Barrow blends in with the historic architectural designs of its famous neighborhood. Under its roof, 100 Barrow’s residences feature contemporary designs and touches, from its dark grey oak entry doors, white oak flooring and richly-veined grey marble walls. The award-winning presentation center boasts expert detailing, oversized or floor-to-ceiling windows and over nine-foot-tall ceiling heights.

“We are thrilled to have two of our New York City properties recognized by ‘The Nationals’ for standing out among the finest in the industry,” said Michael Duff, Marketing Director for Toll Brothers City Living.

Toll Brothers was the recipient of an additional 13 Silver Awards in “The Nationals” competition for 2017. And as Silver Award recipients, 1110 Park Avenue and 100 Barrow are now among a select group of finalists for receiving a “The Nationals” Gold Award.

The awards ceremony will take place on January 10th, 2017 in Orlando.
