By noon, a line of eager condo-hunters had already wrapped itself around the building. The project by LeMine Investments Group and Devron Developments will rise from Ellesmere Road and Morningside, a prime location considering it’s just across the street from the University of Toronto’s Scarborough Campus. The school aims to add some 400 extra students to the campus each year until the end of the decade and rental housing in the immediate area is limited.
Investors have clearly seen the potential of the 26-storey condo tower, which will also have Centennial College and Centennial Hospital close by.

The project will be home to 339 units, which start from the low $200,000s.
