Staged photos of happy couples enjoying the outdoor amenities and glitzy renderings that greatly overstate certain features of a new condo building are exactly what TAS is looking to avoid in its refreshing campaign for its new mid-rise project, Kingston&Co.
The developer has partnered with Main and Main Developments Inc. to create the new community on Kingston Road near Victoria Park Avenue in Scarborough.
TAS is known for its community-oriented approach to development and this extends to the Kingston&Co website that launched this week. The site is focused on answering the tough questions about condo living and dispelling various myths surrounding the vertical lifestyle.
A versatile public blogging platform, the site fosters discussion on 10 important topics, including construction quality, potential building delays and the alleged Toronto condo bubble. It blends the opinions of experts from various disciplines with comments from TAS to ensure that the best information is reaching potential Kingston&Co buyers. The coolest part about the site is anyone can participate, ask questions about the development and contribute to the discussion.
“From the distaste for developers who make empty promises with magazine cover sales offices to the hidden condo fees that feel like they defined the whole notion of ‘fine’ print, to concerns over uncertainty in the real estate market, we know people have reservations about the condominium market,” said Mazyar Mortazavi, President and CEO of TAS.
“As part of TAS‘s corporate culture of transparency and community engagement, we want to participate in meaningful conversations that bring these concerns to the forefront and facilitate a transparent buying process for our registrants.”
Another big part of the initial unveiling of Kingston&Co is the new concierge program currently being offered to registrants. The program allows registrants to engage in one-on-one conversations with the TAS team before the presentation centre opens. It’s all about helping potential buyers through the sales process with an experience that’s tailored to them.
We’re betting that Kingston&Co will be making a big splash in 2014, so it’s well worth staying tuned to BuzzBuzzHome News for the latest updates.
