Bushwick multifamily building at 1228 Halsey for sale, asking $1.295 million
A multifamily building at 1228 Halsey Street in Bushwick is on the market for $1.295 million.
The three-story, 3,900-square-foot property is located between Knickerbocker Avenue and Wilson Avenue, with three free-market units. The 1,300-square-foot residences will be delivered vacant.
The brick building’s zoning allows for 500 additional buildable square feet, which means the buyer could add a fourth story. The property is across the street from the newly restored Irving Square Park, and there is a proposed 38-unit project on the corner of the block.
TerraCRG is marketing the building.
