A multifamily building at 1228 Halsey Street in Bushwick is on the market for $1.295 million.

The three-story, 3,900-square-foot property is located between Knickerbocker Avenue and Wilson Avenue, with three free-market units. The 1,300-square-foot residences will be delivered vacant.

The brick building’s zoning allows for 500 additional buildable square feet, which means the buyer could add a fourth story. The property is across the street from the newly restored Irving Square Park, and there is a proposed 38-unit project on the corner of the block.

TerraCRG is marketing the building.

“Bushwick is one of the fastest growing real estate submarkets in New York City,” Matthew Cosentino, VP of Investment Sales at TerraCRG, said in a statement. “Within Bushwick, the area around the Halsey L train station has been a particular center point of growth over the last year, as new renters and buyers flock to this location for the close proximity to the train and Irving Square Park.”
