A walk-up apartment building at 730 West 183rd Street in Hudson Heights has hit the market with an asking price of $11 million.

The five-story, 44-unit struture on the corner of Magaw Place measures roughly 40,000 square feet, according to Massey Knakal, which is marketing the property. The rental apartments consist of 21 three-room, 14 four-room and 8 five-room apartments. The lot measures 100 feet by 92 feet.

The rent averages $1,260 for the three-rooms (rooms, not bedrooms), $1,758 for the four-rooms and $2,084 for the five-rooms. The building is being marketed as an “opportunity to capitalize on below market rents in one of Northern Manhattan’s most established and sought after neighborhoods.”
