The rent averages $1,260 for the three-rooms (rooms, not bedrooms), $1,758 for the four-rooms and $2,084 for the five-rooms. The building is being marketed as an “opportunity to capitalize on below market rents in one of Northern Manhattan’s most established and sought after neighborhoods.”
