Karl Fischer and Simon Dushinsky’s Rabsky Group are collaborating on a new residential development at Crown Heights’ 564 St. Johns Place.

The 136,373-square-foot project will boast 172 apartments over eight floors. The building will include parking for 86 cars, storage, bike storage, a laundry room and outdoor/indoor recreation spaces, according to the plan exam application filed December 13th.

The site, between Classon and Franklin avenues, was home to a parking garage.

Rabsky has been busy as a beaver; the developer’s Williamsburg rental at 146 South 4th Street recently opened for leasing. ND Architecture designed the 113-unit, energy-efficient building, and Durukan Design crafted the rustic interiors.

On the Queens side, last month we reported on the firm’s plans for a 44-story, 415-unit residential tower at 29-32 Northern Boulevard in Long Island City. Rabsky snatched up that Northern Boulevard lot for $35 million.
