A newly completed Jackson Heights building at 40-07 73rd Street has traded for $20 million.
JMC Holdings bought the six-story, 31-unit condo project from developer Vig Properties and re-launched the property as a luxury rental named The Roosevelt.
The rental offers mostly two-bedroom units, with pricing starting at $2,400 per month. All units feature floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, stainless steel appliances and marble countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms. Residents will be able to lease spaces at the 74-car parking garage.
The property has 6,930 square feet of ground-floor retail space, available for rent. The retail area has 22-foot vaulted ceilings and frontage on Roosevelt Avenue.
Citi Habitats is handling residential leasing at The Roosevelt, while SRS Real Estate Partners is overseeing retail leasing.
