Park Slope’s luxury pre-war conversion Park Union is now 100 percent sold.
Located at 910 Union Street, the 15-unit building by American Development Group offers one- to three-bedroom residences with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, walk-in stone showers and panel wood interior doors. Most of the apartments feature outdoor space, and every two- and three-bedroom went at or above asking price, a building rep told us.
Three-bedroom Unit 7A sold for $2.14 million, or $1,499 per square foot — that’s the highest price per square foot achieved in new Park Slope developments this year.
