Massey Tower is 85 per cent sold, construction to begin in the fall

2012_03_08_04_21_06_massey_tower_-_cityscapeMOD Development’s Massey Tower is now 85 per cent sold out, leaving a limited number of opportunities to purchase at one of downtown Toronto’s hottest developments.

The presentation centre at 197 Yonge Street will be closing at the end of summer and construction on the sought after project will kick off in the fall.

Proving its popularity, Massey Tower received over 4,000 visitors to the presentation centre on the weekend of Doors Open Toronto in May, just before City Council approved the project on June 11th.

Located on Yonge Street north of Queen, Massey Tower is a short walk away from Dundas Square, The Eaton Centre, and all that surrounds it including an AMC theatre and the Dundas subway station.

Other nearby amenities include Ryerson University and Toronto City Hall — undeniably the best place in the city to go skating in the winter!

The architecturally stunning development was nominated for nine BILD Awards and took home four of them, including Project of the Year – High-Rise.
