Enigma Lofts brings edgy architecture to Bloordale Village
July 10, 2013

2013_07_04_03_23_45_enigmaexteriorToronto’s Bloordale Village is getting a new mixed-use development with a design that’s unlike any other in the GTA.

Aragon PropertiesEnigma Lofts is perfectly named after the building’s modern puzzle-like design.

Standing out in a city with an abundance of utilitarian high-rise developments, Enigma’s design is bringing edge to the Bloordale community, and we literally mean edge!

The design encompasses different shapes, lines and colours created by award winning architecture firm, Quadrangle Architects.

Located near Bloor Street West and Lansdowne Avenue, the nine storey building will house 86 loft-style condos and two-level townhomes.

Although Enigma’s exterior may seem unique and puzzling, the interior is all about practicality. Layouts available at the development included studios, one and one bedroom plus den, and two bedroom condos, as well as three bedroom townhomes.

Office space will also be included in the structure, adding more businesses to the quaint west-end Toronto neighbourhood.

Although it’s currently only in the registration phase, there’s no doubt that this architectural gem will be the talk of the community.
