We caught up with 19th-century brownstone conversion The Heights at 30 Henry Street in Brooklyn Heights.
The five-unit, five-story building by Fortis Property Group has just one available residence left, a $4.5 million four-bedroom. The homes at the BKSK Architects-designed project have private keyed elevator access, a formal entry foyer, industrial-style casement windows, wide plank white oak flooring and great rooms measuring over 1,000 square feet. The kitchens are fitted with large center islands, walnut custom cabinets, recessed channel lighting and appliances by Sub-Zero and Wolf. The bathrooms feature soaking tubs, honed stone flooring and glass mosaic wall tile, according to the official site.
Amenities include an automated parking garage, an interior landscaped courtyard with fountain, private storage rooms, SMART home technology, virtual doorman and bike storage.
The Corcoran Group is marketing the property. Occupancy is slated for September 2013.
