Pelican Builders announced plans last Monday for its Bancroft Place project, a collection of 18 luxury homes in Houston’s River Oaks community.
Prices for the homes in the sought after gated community will be $1.3 million. According to the builder, the project will have three different floor plans and homes will feature three bedrooms, four bathrooms, an elevator and a guest suite.
“We are committed to balancing density with architectural harmony. Our homeowners are requesting a lock-and-leave lifestyle, fine details and a connection with the outdoors,” said Pelican Builders founder Robert Bland in a press release.
Pelican has enlisted George Hopkins to handle architecture on the project while Martha Turner Properties is on marketing duty.
