The soaring luxury building will be completed in the latter part of 2015, but we at least have the construction pics and renderings to tie over the truly curious for now.
The two 40-storey towers are located at 1300 Boulevard Rene-Levesque Ouest between the prestigious De la Montagne and Drummond streets. Just down the street from the Bell Centre, the project will be steps from the best of Montreal.
Inspired by the great Italian design houses, the separate buildings will be united by a common entrance and there are also plans for the first two floors to be conveniently devoted to the retail space. What separates the building from other Montreal condos is its commitment to luxury. Designed by Beïque Legault Thuot Architects, the exterior will be an elegant combination of glass and aluminium.
And the interiors at Roccabella will be spacious: studio units are not part of the mix and suites range in size from an ample 736 to 2000-square feet. Each one comes with Italian-design kitchens with a choice of marble, granite or quartz countertops, walls of windows to enjoy the view of the city and walk-in closets in the master bedrooms.
The project is also outfitted with countless amenities. Some of the state-of-the art features of the development include electronic chip cards that provide building access, high-speed internet wiring in all units, three high-speed elevators per tower as well as high-performance security cameras for greater peace of mind. A la carte options allow guests to take advantage of everything from the electric car rental service to the room service-style delivery of ready-made meals.
For rest and relaxation, the indoor pool can be enjoyed even in the dead of winter and a lounge restaurant will be located right by the pool. There’ll also be three common terraces for guests to connect, a fitness centre, sauna and much more.
Prices for available units start at $343,000 and for a limited time, five appliances will be included with purchase.
