The 11-story mixed-use development rising at 146 South 4th Street in Williamsburg will be a rental.
The 106,000-square-foot project by The Rabsky Group, located between Bedford and Driggs avenues, will be designed by ND Architecture and will have 113 apartments.
Amenities include on-site attendant parking, a lounge, bike storage, a gym and a private rooftop terrace. Durukan Design will be doing the interiors with a “modern, rustic look,” according to the site for Lo Magno Construction, Inc., the project construction manager.
The development is slated to be completed by this October.
