March 1, 2013

Evergreen in CoquitlamEvergreen, Bosa Properties’ 30-storey condo tower in Coquitlam, will be celebrating its groundbreaking on Tuesday, March 5th. That means the project’s sales centre will be closing its doors on Sunday, March 3rd. So this is weekend is your last chance to visit the sales centre and buy an Evergreen home at pre-construction pricing, which could save you up to $20,000.

Evergreen shares its name with the future Evergreen rapid transit system, which is being built just steps away from the landmark tower. When it’s completed in 2016, the new SkyTrain line will connect Evergreen residents to every corner of Metro Vancouver, including downtown Vancouver in approximately 40 minutes.

Atop two floors of commercial and prime retail space, Evergreen’s 195-homes will look down on common green space and an outdoor patio and barbecue area. The building will boast over 10,000-square-feet of amenity space, including a fully-equipped fitness facility and a spacious lounge with a kitchen and bar for entertaining.

The homes themselves range in size from 551 to 1,337-square-feet and boast popular features like imported Italian cabinetry, high-end appliances, expansive windows and private balconies.

If you haven’t taken a closer look at Evergreen yet, make sure you visit the soon-to-be closed sales centre at 3005 Glen Drive in Coquitlam by Sunday. It will be open for the next three days from 12pm to 5pm.
