On Saturday, February 9th, all homes on the 33rd floor of Hon Towers‘ The Guardian will be released in celebration of Chinese New Year.
For the first time since the Calgary project launched last year, would-be buyers will have an opportunity to purchase some of the tower’s most sought-after homes. Suites will be sold on a first come, first served basis so you’ll want to be prompt — or early — to the event that starts at noon sharp at 456 – 12th Avenue SE in Calgary.
The Guardian is situated in the Warehouse District of Victoria Park, just three minutes away from the Stampede Park LRT station, which will connect residents to the new East Village, Inglewood, Stampede Park and the Saddledome, and 17th Avenue. The Guardian is also just minutes away from downtown Calgary, but free of its congestion and noise in a quiet, distinct neighbourhood.
The 44-storey building was designed from the inside-out, which translates into great floor plans without the awkward long hallways or strange nooks and crannies. The Guardian‘s 321 homes also boast over-sized balconies to take in the impressive mountain, city or river views.
