Two architectural firms, one Windsor Terrace project — and it’s not a collaboration.
Last week, we revealed renderings by Karl Fischer for 23 Caton Place near Prospect Park. Now, DJ Associates is claiming to be the architects for the long-stalled project, Curbed reported.
We called the offices for Karl Fischer and DJ Associates today; they both said that they’re the architects.
Permits filed with the Department of Buildings in October list DJ Associates as the designer, The Windsor Terrace-Kensington Patch reported.
Community Board 7 will hold a meeting today at 6:30 p.m. to discuss 23 Caton Place and a building across the street, 22 Caton Place. A representative from Councilman Brad Lander’s office said that DJ Associates has been repeatedly invited to the meeting, but has yet to confirm attendance, according to the WTK Patch.
Intriguing! Hopefully, the mystery will be cleared up by tonight’s meeting.
