The all star development team behind Tour des Canadiens announced today that the project will gain an additional two floors, bringing the total number of floors to 50.
The condo development, a collaboration between Canderel, Cadillac Fairview, Fonds Immoblier de Solidarite FTQ, and the Montreal Canadiens, has already made waves for its unique partnership with the Bell Centre and its ambitious design by Cardinal Hardy & Martin Marcotte/Beinhaker.
This announcement will garner even more attention to the already popular project.
“We are delighted to be adding to this scope at the Tour des Canadiens,” said Sal Iacono, Senior Vice-President, Development and Portfolio Management at Cadillac Fairview, in a press release. “This is a very successful step in Cadillac Fairview‘s multi-phased, multi-year development plan for downtown Montreal.”
Along with the additional floors, the developers have also released 32 new condo units starting in the mid-$300s located on the 44th and 45th floors. The suites designs are inspired by a European approach to interiors and sport unobstructed views of Montreal.
From one bedrooms to the penthouses, each suite will boast integrated Euro-style appliances including a refrigerator, convection oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and vent hood.
Impressive, no? More buzz is certainly forthcoming. Tour des Canadiens is one of those projects that just doesn’t quit!
